Today, we released a primer on the referendum, and in it we address some key issues and legitimate concerns that have emerged in the lead-up. We are not fans of determining tax policy by referendum, and what’s on the table is not perfect. But the overall package represents a major increase in transit service and infrastructure, and is much needed.
