At Quebec and 27th. Neighbourhood destroying infill from how many decades ago?

This is my neighbourhood. I welcome these most appropriate additions. Demolition may have been the most negative aspects of the projects, but in some cases the existing structures are not worth saving. I’d prefer recycling of materials at least, but that would increase the list price accordingly. Nonetheless, kudos for getting it right.
