If At First … Jean Swanson Won’t Give Up

Jean Swanson is running for a council position in Vancouver’s October civic election, under the COPE banner.

But it isn’t her first, or even second, candidacy; in addition to running for council in the 2017 by-election, Swanson ran for mayor in 1988, “for a just and liveable city“.
