This is a very curious semi-public space (private really, but unrestricted) which you would likely never experience if you haven’t parked your car here before. The effect of the light well is quite beautiful, and the large sweeping spiral of the ramp is almost sculptural.
But more to the point – what is the typical capacity of this lot, and how much longer will it remain? That’s what I wonder.
