We just had a front page article in the Vancouver Sun yesterday about six volunteers that have transcribed the first four years of the hand written Vancouver City Council Minutes from 1886 to 1891. We are keen to recruit more volunteers who can transcribe these important historical documents that reveal how Vancouver was developed. Perhaps your readers might be interested in knowing these are now available online for free access and some might be interested in becoming volunteers.
