I wonder how many instances of Lambeth Council could be replaced with Vancouver, and Cressingham Gardens with Little Mountain.

More than three years after Lambeth council told us our estate had been put into a regeneration programme because the council couldn’t afford to repair it, my neighbours and I – the little people in this clash – have defied the odds and won.
On 24 November, the high court found Lambeth council had acted unlawfully when it removed three options from a public consultation over plans to redevelop the Cressingham Gardens estate in Lambeth, south London.
