Concord Pacific has some new condos on the rise, called One Pacific. Their web site describes suites ranging in size from 479 to 1093 square feet, and in cost from an estimated $310,000 to $800,000. It is mostly sold out despite the 2016 completion date. Rentals are allowed.
Parking stalls are extra, costing between $45,000 – 50,000.
