What?! Only 1 car in that garage? Most new homes seem to have at least 3. I saw one house near the lake that had spaces for 12 cars!
Yes, this is close. But you’ll need to knock out 1 or 2 more outer walls for improved access and circulation. It’s in the zoning regulations.
That’s Houston or Phoenix. Downtown Vancouver is one of the better DT’s in North America.
