This partially corroborates what most living in the US already know: if you’re not in NYC and living on a street named after a state, a letter, a number, a President, or a civil rights leader; you’re probably not overburdened by inflated home values.
So, an interesting experiment would be to officially change the name of the street to something rich sounding, then check house prices later.
