  1. This partially corroborates what most living in the US already know: if you’re not in NYC and living on a street named after a state, a letter, a number, a President, or a civil rights leader; you’re probably not overburdened by inflated home values.

  2. So, an interesting experiment would be to officially change the name of the street to something rich sounding, then check house prices later.
