Walked the underpass this morning in Stanley Park that gets people on bikes and on foot across (or under) the heavy commuter vehicle traffic on Georgia Street, without affecting it. I am not aware of another such underpass in the City of Vancouver. There are a few overpasses, mostly for motor vehicles, such as the new one on Powell St. that includes a (shhhh . . .) bike lane.

Not quite like the Stanley Park underpass, there is a pedestrian underpass to get from one side of Granville Street to the other at 5th Ave, at the south end of the Granville St Bridge. (Connecting the two sides of the Granville Loop Park)
