Inspired by luminous grey skies, lush forests and rugged natural landscape, West Coast Modernism built on the Modernist movement to create a distinctive regional style.

Join Vancouver Heritage Foundation on Saturday, September 20th from 1pm – 5pm as we tour five fine examples of the West Coast Modern style. In 2014, we visit private homes by architects including Ned Pratt and Barry Downs, and a Duncan McNab home with landscaping by Cornelia Hahn Oberlander.
