Last time I saw one of those (two of those?) it was in the basement of the Metropolitan Tabernacle church on W 11th Avenue. That must have been over 20 years ago though.
The most beautiful, yet awkward to use.
It goes against all of our social norms to actually turn your body TOWARD someone while you urinate!
