“Surroundings” 1 – Don Vaughan, his landscape design and public art

As promo-ed yesterday, here is the first of the  visual tributes to Vancouver’s landscape architects, produced by Saba Farmand and Paul Albi – an interview with and exploration of the works of Don Vaughan

This episode looks at three separate sites: Metrotown Civic Plaza, Granite Assemblage at Ambleside and, my favourite, High Tide Pavilion/Low Tide Sculpture at David Lam Park. (Yes, it’s meant to be flooded.)
