  1. It is so interesting how this sculpture has rooted itself into people’s imagination and as a place. When I walk by the sculpture there are always folks playing on it and photographing it….A-maze-ing.

  2. I love this sculpture, but I don’t think that it is a great place. Actually I think it is in the wrong place. The place that I thought from the very beginning was a better place is the tragic plaza besides the TD building, Sears and the Canada Line station entrance. That place has a hard surface which is more suitable to something that people walk around.

  3. This populist and popular piece makes me miss “The Device for Driving out Evil” that was temporarily installed at the north end of Thurlow. The dramatic and controversial piece that the Park Board chose to not keep. Good for Calgary (who acquired it), bad for Vancouver.

  4. I miss Jaguar by John Henry along Georgia. It was that large angular steel sculpture along Georgia. Coming off the causeway the red angular steel contrasted so well with the green glass and the green grass. That was a keeper for sure.
