MEET AT CELEBRATION HALL – 5445 Fraser St. (entrance at 39th Ave.)

Join John Atkin in  visiting the graves of early citizens and people involved in the early bicycle industry.

“PLACES THAT MATTER” PLAQUE PRESENTATION

SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 15TH

3:30PM / Meet at the South corner of 33rd and Fraser within the cemetery grounds

Mountain View Cemetery has been awarded a Places that Matters Plaque through the Vancouver Heritage Foundation. This honour recognizes Mountain View Cemetery as one of the initial  125 unique and historical  places in the  City of Vancouver.

Join us at 3:30 at the end of the bicycle tour for a plaque presentation with the Vancouver Heritage Foundation, Mountain View Cemetery and our sponsor Hamilton Harron Funeral  Home.

The presentation will take place at the South corner of 33rd and Fraser within the cemetery grounds.
