Jobs Jar: Good Work

2. Columbia Basin Trust wants to pay someone $75,000 to show small-town BC how to write bylaws to ensure subdivisions aren’t all asphalt and run-off, but have narrow shaded streets, bioswales etc. in the face of the changing climate.
