There are 125 rides happening during this year’s festival of bike fun June 3 to 19 – one week longer than last year
and includes Kiddie-palooza at Trout Lake, a Bikesexual Fetish Ride and a downtown shopping bike tour.
Velopalooza starts June 2 with a ride from David Lam Park to The Waldorf Hotel for a kick-off party with Run With the Heard, reggae rock band Red Eye Empire, the Carnival Band and Gastown Sprints competitions. It ends June 19 with a ride from Main Street Car Free Day to a closing party at the Waldorf.
