Kudos to James Lao for the photograph and the entire City of Burnaby Transportation Team that got into the Halloween Groove by dressing as transportation themed signs and devices. There’s a couple of parking and no stopping signs, some traffic signals, the expected flagperson, and my all time favourite, the black walking figures. Well done team!
