Downtown development in New West. What’s the oldest highrise? A decade or so? The new skyline of New Westminster (through a SkyTrain window) The new Richmond suburbs. Capstan. The verdant post-war suburbs. - like Richmond along Alderbridge. Planted so thickly, the city disappears
