The City of Vancouver is inviting development and construction industry members to participate in a planning process to create a Rain City Strategy, which will guide how we manage and use rainwater in Vancouver. Our goal is to capture and treat 90% of the rainwater that falls in Vancouver using a combination of green infrastructure and conventional pipe systems on both public and private property.Join us at an industry roundtable workshop on March 6th and help guide how we will reach our goals to improve water quality, increase resiliency and enhance the livability of Vancouver through sustainable rainwater management.
