Abstract: This talk will review why the Motor Vehicle Act needs to be improved for people on bikes, wheelchairs, mobility scooters, horses, or on foot. It will review the aims of reform, outline 25 recommendations of the BC Road Safety Law Reform Group, and provide a more complete description of the reasoning behind 5 of them.
