Vancouver's Third Season

Ken:
Start with spring’s Cherry Blossom season; then Summer’s glorious long days; and now it seems, at least in Stanley Park, there’s a growing third season of autumn leaf appreciation.
All good reasons to get out and do stuff.  And what better way to travel around the park and find lots of leafy spots than on a bike, like me and these people the other day.

Gord:
It struck me yesterday when out for a run that the flaming red leaves of fall are like the cherry blossoms of spring – a flamboyant expression of nature to mark the change of seasons.  Both demand that we pull out our cameras and capture the moment.
