It’s Calgary – in the 600-block of Eau Claire Avenue SW. Clearly the impact of Vancouver design in the 1990s is evident – but the streetview image provides a less-pleasant context.

Wow it certainly is jarring to see such a large surface lot downtown. How soon we forget. It was great of Vancouver to put these underground, starting with Pacific Centre.
Luckily that huge sea of surface parking is slated for some new buildings.
