If only this could be applied in Vancouver constantly we see new developments with mandatory car parking requirements.
One jurisdiction openly suggested that if they proceed, the easiest way to manage is to keep down the numbers of parking categories, and allow otherwise able-bodied women to park in handicapped spaces.
