PT commenter Guest posted a link to this plan from the City’s Archives: “Possible Civic Square Development for Downtown Vancouver” by the Civic Design Section of the Planning Department, dated September 1960, “showing Robson St. and Georgia St. traffic in underpasses, with pedestrian plazas above.”
