  1. Great News! Congratulations to Sadhu Johnston. And a solid forward step for City of Vancouver. Now on to next steps – hiring of a new Director of Planning. Can this be a New Dawn for Vancouver?

  2. I wish him well! His outreach efforts and it his managerial style are a welcome contrast to his predecessor’s.
This move bodes well for a new era in the way the city operates, depending in large part on who the new leadership in planning and development will be.

  3. I have always found Sadhu to be an excellent analytical listener, and someone who quickly gets a grasp of complex situations. I first met Sadhu in Chicago when he took time from his busy schedule to educate me on Chicago’s sustainability protocols. I really enjoyed working with him in Vancouver. Congratulations to Sadhu and to our City. Sadhu is an excellent leader and a great choice. I can’t wait to see the direction his management takes the city.
