Cadillac Fairview is holding a public engagement session on their proposed development at 555 West Cordova Street.
This is the first time the public has been invited to participate in a meeting on the proposed development. Let’s show Cadillac Fairview and the City of Vancouver how much we care about this site and the future of the waterfront by attending the public engagement session.

The Urban Design Panel gave Cadillac Fairview’s first building design a thumbs down in January, 2015. In June, 2015 the architects for Cadillac Fairview presented 9 alternative designs at an Urban Design Panel workshop. In July, 2015 the Downtown Waterfront Working Group submitted an Open Letter to Mayor and Council outlining their many concerns about the proposed development and its implications for the implementation of the Central Waterfront Hub Framework.
Cadillac Fairview has decided to hold a public engagement session prior to submitting a revised Development Application and is seeking the public’s views on ideas, options, and design principles.
