October in New York: New(ish) Architecture

Still so many images to go.  It’ll be heavy on NYC this week.
While cycling down the Hudson River Greenway or walking the High Line, you can get good views of New York infill: mid-rise buildings influenced by prolific designer Polly Hedron.  Here’s one by Gehry:

  1. It seems that Polly Hedron designs buildings with eponymous shapes. I kind of like them — so much more interesting than dull old Rex Tangle’s work.
