Montréal's Magic Metro

I first saw the Montreal Metro – spanking new in 1967 – as an 18-year-old Island boy from the west coast.   I’ll never forget my first stop off the Expo islands: Berri-de-Montigny as it was known then.
I fell in love.
So apparently did Chris Forsyth, who, in a photo essay in The Guardian, “thinks the beauty of the metro system in his Canadian hometown is underappreciated, so celebrates its striking design on Instagram.”  Like this:
