  1. At City Hall Ann McAfee always documented the planning events and processes with her small camera, which was still an unusual thing to do in the times before cell phone cameras and selfies. I am struck that each person pictured was responsible for policy work that made significant impact on the City of Vancouver and elsewhere, and how exciting it was to work as part of this team. They did a lot of good work and laid the foundations for progressive, engaged citizens and neighbourhoods.

    1. They also established much of the framework in low-density neighborhoods that has this City oscillating between 1st and 3rd place for the Most Unaffordable City in the World. The world.
