Dianna is a regular.
Everybody in the pool because there’s room for all.

That’s right. Not 800 people but 1800 allowed at Kitsilano pool.
Today I counted 60 swimmers in the lap lane which didn’t feel crowded, and no one ran into anyone else. Very polite. Very Canadian.
It’s definitely summer.

I am often surprised by capacity numbers. I have been in elevators where we at at 50% capacity and there is no room to move. The only way to reach full capacity is to double deck the people. I guess if they were all small children, you might reach capacity.
It means 1800 people within the bounds of the facility, not 1800 in the water.
