The In-Between Hipsterhoods

You might have noticed that PT has a lot of coverage of urban neighbourhoods in coastal cities – Vancouver, of course, and our American contemporaries in places like Portland, San Francisco and New York.  Well, there are places in between – as documented by Pantheos:
