Mark your calendars: The 9th annual Jane’s Walk Festival will take place on May 1-3 in 100+ cities worldwide, including Vancouver.
Last year in Vancouver we managed to host 22 different Jane’s Walks in our local neighbourhoods! We hope that you’ll consider leading a walk again this year. This year our goal is to double the number of walks.
A few updates to note:
- This year we will be hosting two orientations to make it easier for you to attend one of the scheduled dates. Vancouver Orientation will be Tuesday March 24 and Thursday April 16, from 5:30-6:30. Location to be Announced.
- The Janeswalk.org website has been improved to make your walk upload process smoother. If you want to repeat your 2014 walk (or use it as a template for this year), follow these easy steps
- We’ve included an email template to invite friends or colleagues to lead walks – both attached and pasted below.
- We’re seeking funding to support Jane’s Walks. If you can help with this please let us know. We also hope to bring on paid admin help approx 50 hours between Mar 1 – May 20, get in touch if you’re interested.
