For a half-century, Metro Vancouver Regional Parks service has protected sensitive natural areas, encouraged the citizens of our region to enjoy the outdoors, and complemented the parks systems provided by the region’s member municipalities. A recent Regional Parks Service Review reaffirmed the importance of regional parks as a connection between environment and people.
As we plan for the future of our region, this parks system plays a critical role. Join us to learn more about the role of regional parks to help a growing and diverse population connect with, enjoy, be active within and learn about the region’s natural environment.
