Dad and three kids on bikes ride by; and another six people have wheeled into one of the terrific mini-parks to hang around. Meanwhile, a guy stands across PGR and takes pix of the scene. Just another Sunday in December on Point Grey Road.

As usual a nice image Ken, but everyone just reinforces the fact this was built solely as a leisure route not anything intended to make a meaningful reduction in GHG. It is however in keeping with the resortification of Vancouver.
So what do you think most of the people driving along PGR were doing on an average weekend day? I’d bet a fairly substantial portion of that traffic was destined to leisure destinations. What is wrong with the trip becoming the object, rather than merely something in the middle?
I’m sort of wondering if someone is just following my friends around and taking pictures of them…. It’s almost getting creepy, we’ve been the subject of several Ohrn Images now!
