What at first appeared to be a curving screen of blue LED bulbs is in fact an animated image screen that produced a person swimming from one end to the other. What if Vancouver used more brilliant lights above streets, laneways and public spaces?
That’s like a smaller installation of the Fremont Street Experience in Las Vegas.
If it’s on a public street and needs to be maintained with tax dollars, it would likely fall into disrepair.
Whatever happened to that LED Vase under the south end of the Cambie Bridge?
That looks like it is installed in an airport, rather than a municipal public space.
