That “discrimination against motorist” is a real thing is hard for me to comprehend. It has to be satire.
Anyone bemoaning a discrimination against motorists may as well run around claiming discrimination against white people because that’s how stupid this idea sounds.
You [I am referring of course to the people claiming this discrimination] have the privilege of paying vast sums of money for the top of the line in personal and private transportation technology in all of human history. Your device operates on the roads that have been financed and built for the use by — and more importantly — for all of society. Your city has been designed so you never have to leave your transportation device far from hand, usually for no individual cost for use.
Remind me again, what is the problem? Someone wants to use their legs to get around and you interpret this as discrimination?
Get over yourself.
