  1. As Kentlands turns 25, Seaside 33, Death & Life turns 55 and even Kunstler’s TED talk a decade old now… you don’t get to say ‘in 2004 we never would have thought that walkability would be an economic development tool’ and get taken seriously.

    1. Interesting that to achieve that statistical result the article defined Gen Y as covering 18 years instead of 12 years for Gen X. Add in the higher birthdate for Gen Y, and you can see that they are really stretching. As might be expected from an auto industry lobby group.

    2. Bob, go back and read that text again. Apart from fudging the birth years for each generation, the write-up says: “Boomers (born from 1946-1964) still make up the biggest demographic”.

      Really, the only person you are fooling is yourself.
