* Much to my surprise, I can’t find the title of this sculpture, affectionately known as ‘The Butt.” Perhaps you know.
Personally I’d love to ANY Botero here. Is El Gato still in the Raval, the redeveloped slum area? I find it quite amazing how Barcrlona is able to address inadequate housing and sanitary conditions while providing great public spaces and public art, like this piece.
Although it may seam unlikely the real name for the first scultupre is The Butt and it’s from thre artists Eduardo Urculo and it was made in memory of Santiago Rodan president of the Olympic Holding between 1989-1993.
