This home (NW corner of Fraser/10th) has sat vacant for at least seven to eight years. The exterior deck rails have been removed. Someone cuts the grass. But all four floors sit empty.
Anyone know its story?

Estate sale maybe? Or someone just waiting till a developer comes along with a proposal. Sure could be a pretty looking dwelling though. I’ve always liked the rounded balcony on the top floor
