Big ULI conference coming to Vancouver next week. Not a member? Here’s what you need to know:

ULI’s Spring 2014 Meeting is taking place at the Vancouver Convention Centre West from April 9-11. The Conference has over 3,000 registrants that include top industry leaders in the real estate industry including planners, developers, architects, investors, public officials, lenders, and lawyers.
There are two options to register in the ULI conference. Attend for the entire three days (Wednesday April 9 to Friday April 11), or participate for one-day on Thursday, April 10 (which is the heaviest programming day). All registration options are available online.
The ULI Spring Meeting is a members-only meeting, therefore an annual membership is a requirement to participate. ULI’s annual fees are very compatible with similar organizations and it will allow individuals to experience ULI benefiting with reduced rates to events and access to some valuable resources.
Of particular interest to students for the ULI Conference, there is a ULI Young Leaders party event (April 9) and also the opportunity to volunteer at the conference to get in for free (open to non-ULI members).
