You might have noticed that I’m not running “Annals” anymore – of Biking, Transit, Walking, Motordom, etc. They were little bundles of items, not really that much different from regular posts.
Was there any particular value to Annals? Should I continue? Do you care?

Your ‘Annals’ categories were sort of useful as a precursor to the content of the posts, and they had the advantage of it being possible to follow threads of like subject matter, but I read all your posts (except the calls and for papers, the forthcoming events and the referendum material) anyway. Hey, it’s your blog, own it. Everything you select is greatly appreciated.
As long as you keep including links to interesting material from here and there and anywhere, and losing Annals doesn’t mean a reduction in that kind of editorial function on the blog you can call the posts anything you like. But the bundling of different links from around the web is one of the things that keeps me coming back.
