Too many emails? Here’s how to manage Price Tags

On WordPress.com, you can follow (subscribe to) Price Tags and receive an email every time there is a new post.

Do you see that Follow button under “Follow Blog via Email” below “Recent Comments” on the right?  Click it.  ( For more information about this, see this article.)

But then, after subscribing to WordPress, sometimes you get a lotta email – seven to ten posts a day when I’m in the mood.  There’s a solution to that if it seems overwhelming.

Once you have followed the blog, you click “manage” to edit the status of Price Tags in order to either receive an email each time I post, or to receive daily or weekly digests of all of new posts.  You can also elect to receive no emails, but to read the blog only in the WordPress.com Reader.

If you follow Price Tags through Facebook or other means, let me know if there are issues related to that – or if there are any other suggestions or questions on managing the flow.

  1. I get pricetags on my RSS feed with feedly. I find that works very well – no overwhelming emails, just a simple list of all the headlines whenever I log on.
