The First Course: Next Generation Transportation

A special offering of the first course in the program, Next Generation Cities and Transportation, starts April 15. This course is open to anyone.

NEXT-GENERATION TRANSPORTATION CERTIFICATE  (Online)

The Simon Fraser University City Program is pleased to announce its new online program designed to help mid-career professionals use next-generation transportation strategies to advance livable and sustainable cities of the future. The program includes four core courses:

  • Next-Generation Cities and Transportation (starts April 15)
  • Next-Generation Economic, Financial, and Technical Tools of the Trade
  • Next-Generation Multi‐Modal Transportation for Regions and Networks
  • Next-Generation Multi‐Modal Transportation for Neighbourhoods, Corridors and Sites

We’ll emphasize case studies from across the world with policies and practices that resolve conflicts and explore trade-offs between different modes of transportation.

Program applications are due July 29. However, please note a special offering of the first course in the program, Next Generation Cities and Transportation, starts April 15. This course is open to anyone.
