There’s an amazing amount of symmetry in these two cities. One thing I did like about Barcelona (though it wasn’t really the city for me) was the way the buildings face every intersection at a 45-degree angle, allowing more light into it and making every one seem like a little city square.
Evidently, densification does not require high-rise towers.
