  1. Today, from 3rd Beach, I counted 16 large ships anchored in English Bay. Are they charged to park there? Can anyone park there ship there?

  2. I we built a bigger Port they wouldn’t have to wait empty for days and weeks (costing them money) for their turn to load up with our exports.
