Random idea for whoever may be able/willing to implement it: set up 240V (or whatever) outlets at popular food truck locations, and get the trucks off those diesel generators. These outlets could also double as EV charging stations in some places. I see trolley wires in the background of this photo, so the power should be available nearby…
