Survey, Survey – Have your say

I’m never quite sure why people complain about the lack of public input or process in Vancouver.  There’s no end of opportunity.  (Often what the critics mean is that the process is not resulting in the outcome they prefer.)
Here are two surveys that just came into my mailbox in literally the same minute:

.

Thanks again for your time to meet with us regarding the Vancouver Tourism Master Plan.
To help the survey reach as many people as possible, could you forward the reminder to your faculty and students? We want to ensure as many people as possible have a chance to provide their input on the future of Vancouver.

Marpole Community Plan – Have your say!
Do you live or work in the southernmost area of the Cambie Corridor (south of 57th Avenue)? Did you know this area is a part of Marpole, and that the City has been working with the community on developing a Community Plan for Marpole since spring 2012?
We just completed our second phase of open houses in March and want to make sure we didn’t miss anyone! All of our open house boards can be viewed under the documents tab at vancouver.ca/marpole. You can use this website to catch up on anything else you may have missed in the planning process.
You can still share your input on the emerging strategies for the Plan by completing our online questionnaire here.
We’re accepting feedback until the end of day April 1st, 2013 so take this chance to have your say before the draft plan is introduced in June! Your input is greatly appreciated.
