We are currently looking to hire a Manager to help run the Communications side of our growing company, Castlemain (www.castlemaingroup.com). If you aren’t familiar, the firm is a business consulting and advisory company that works exclusively for First Nations. We do everything from negotiating major resource deals through a full range of land-related services to the whole business planning/implementation process.

Primary Responsibilities
1. Managing client files across a variety of communications activities, including strategic planning, community engagement, stakeholder relations, branding, website design, and social media.
2. Supervising three staff members, including a project manager, writer and business development professional.
3. Working alongside company leadership to establish and implement a vision and business plan for Castlemain’s strategic communications practice area, including public, government and stakeholder relations; community consultation, crisis communications, social media, and more.
4. Engaging the broader First Nations community in order to identify, market and acquire business.
5. Oversee and write research documents, website content, press releases, client communications materials and more, both for clients as well as Castlemain corporate.
6. Create strategic communications and creative briefs for clients.
7. Managing all Castlemain communications and the firm’s own website, including social media and the establishment of an online “voice” in the blogosphere/ Twitter/Facebook/LinkedIn.
8. Enhancement of client relations across all areas of Castlemain business.
