Worst Practices: Manila Overpass

Over at World Streets, Eric Britton has started a “Worst Practices Department”  – bad examples from around the world.
For example, a passerelle from Manila, Philippines:

  1. The same problem occurs in Bangkok, except that there at least some of the overpasses are connected into upper floors of building, or skytrain stations. The major problem that occurs to me is access for disabled and the elderly and very young.
